how to activate HRV In Garmin Fenix 7S

I got my Garmin 7S Solar, a Few weeks ago, but I don't know how to activate HRV, the current firmware is 8.37, what should I configure to get it working?

Upgrade to a newer version of software. IIRC HRV for training readiness came with 9.xx. Current release is 10.43

I think what you want is: System->Data Recording->Log HRV. It's off by default for some strange reason.

This just logs HRV data in your .FIT files when recording an activity. Pointless for most people (and you can't even see it in GC), that's why it's turned off by default.

Yes, this is the answer. 8.37 is pretty old, out-of-date firmware. The quickest and most reliable way to upgrade is with Garmin Express on Windows or Mac.
