Do suggested workouts ignore elevation?

I have Fenix 7, and I have an upcoming race on my calendar. I really like the suggested workouts, and I've been using them in preparation for the race.

But it seems to me that my watch completely ignores the elevation. First of all, there are no hill sprints or other hill workouts suggested by the watch.

But also the predicted time is completely off. The race is 30k with a 900m elevation gain. My goal is 3h 15 minutes, and even that is challenging for me considering the hills. But the prediction is 2:53. There is no way I will run the race under 3 hours. Maybe if it was on a flat surface, but with those climbs? No way. Does Fenix 7 ignore the elevation altogether?
