On Monday night and Tuesday night I sleep like a regular person (at night). Then I work 3rd shift Wednesday through Sunday, so when I sleep it’s technically the following day (basically sleep 0800-1500 Thursday through Monday, get up earlier on Monday and sleep again Monday night and sleep Tuesday night).
My watch tracks my sleep fine, until I hit that weird transition period of going to bed at night for those 2 days. I can’t seem to figure out what to put in the schedule for that. Attached a photo of what I have which doesn’t seem to work on that transition.
