High Resting HR after a bug? (no SW bug, just want to talk about this)

Hey Garmin (fenix 7) power users!

I have had a steady lowering RHR over the years, lowest about 42, but usually 46-48 bpm during the nights. And maybe 50 when its high after tough days of training or other thing that might impact this.

A few months ago beginning of september i was a little sick, nothing big, but HRV plummeted, HR went up, Sleep was poor and so on and so on. It peaked when i had a DNF race cus just then i felt i did have a virus or something it the body, and did not want to strain my self. I had a fever a few days but all in all i was fine.

But. RHR took weeks before getting down even to 50 bpm, and almost not even that and stayed a lot higher than previously , i felt completely fine, i even had a very good Marathon, and PB on other distances but RHR kept being high.

A few days ago, again i got a little bug, just a stuffed nose, but completely fine overall. And once again HRV started to go down, and RHR now raised considerable.
Now for a week it's been 57-59 Scream
Once again i feel fine, and even sleep ok, but the high RHR concerns me.

Also during this months a lot of changes have been done to the SW to with HR being complained about here in the forum, but i have been "sick" to, so it's a lot of parameters, not just updates.

So with that long history my question is, anyone else has experience with this and can share how it worked out?
