Watch display is frozen

Hi, I have Fenix 7. The display on the watch has changed and is stuck with this picture. I can't get anywhere, start the activity, for example. The screen is dark. I just charged it last night and used it for 30 min run in the morning.

Please help me to wake it up )

Try to press the "light" button and hold it until the clock turns off (about 20 seconds).

Wait a bit and then turn it on again (with the "light" button) and hope that, this time, it will finish…
