German capital sharp s cannot be displayed

Hello there,

I use a watch face where city name (from weather data) is displayed in capitalised letters. I live in Germany and my home town has a "ß" (sharp s) in its name. The small sharp s can be displayed by garmin devices but unfortunately not the capital sharp s (a "?" is displayed instead). It seems that the Unicode for the capital sharp s is missing on the Fenix 7.

Hope this can be fixed.

That's something you might wanna tell Garmin support.

They are also still missing the Unicode 14.0 emoji update.

My first thought: there is no capital sharp s because we don't use it at the beginning of any word. But you are right: U+1E9E is in UniCode but Garmin seems to have no symbol connected to that position.

They do, but it's not guaranteed.
