Battery draining after charging v 9.37

Hi,

It seems this issue is not yet closed. I charged my Fenix 7x yesterday and after charging the draining was 5x more important. I made a soft reset but I still have tge problem. I am not using Strave, I didn't use any fonction or GPS, just watch time.

Do I need to to something more ? Hope Garmin will solve this issue soon...

Just in case.... A soft reset is powering the watch on and off.... A hard reset is holding the light button for about 20 seconds ish and ignoring the emergency assistance alert... I Just wondered if you'd done the hard reset.

Sorry, I mean I have done a hard reset, not a soft reset (hilding button for 20s)

Ah that's a shame then... I'd be looking at a master reset like J said, before contacting Garmin product support...

Hope you get it sorted, or it's replaced.
