Can anyone point me to a list of Life Fitness gym equipment and the equivalent exercise on the Garmin to create a custom workout? I have recently joined a gym with (mostly) Life Fitness equipment and it’s very hard to identify the Garmin exercise e.g. there is a Lower Deltoid exercise equipment but nothing in Garmin with a remotely similar name. Thank you.
