Hi
I recently upgraded from a Fenix 6X Pro to a Fenix 7X Solar (non sapphire) in the UK.
I absolutely love the watch & am really enjoying the added benefits of touchscreen, solar & LED light.
I recently downloaded and installed the latest v9.36 firmware which seemed to load and work perfectly over the last few days (I have restarted the watch several times since then)
This morning I used Garmin Express on my PC to select and downloaded the Europe TOPO maps for the whole of Europe, after which I then restarted the watch.
All seemed good until I started to browse the map using the Walk activity profile. It looked great for my area in the middle of the UK...... but then I browsed the North West of France around Calais, then down the coastline to Le Havre as these are areas we visit annually & I often walk in.
Annoyingly, a large section from the coastline to around 5 miles inland appears to have no road or path showing in the map. Other than a light gray outline of the land, there is no information. I have tried to upload a few pictures to show this.
The above is along the landing beach area north of Caen in France.
The above should be the Honfleur & Le Havre areas
The above should show Calais etc
The missing data happens at various zoom levels & fails to appear regardless of how far I zoom in or out.
I have tried deleting the TOPO maps, restarting, reinstalling the whole of Europe, reinstalling just West Europe, nothing seems to fix the issue.
Has anyone else got the same problem, seen this before or got any ideas?
Cheers in advance
