tactix 7 pro constantly rebooting

Good afternoon.

After connecting tactix 7 pro to a computer via USB, and trying to upload a map to KMZ to the custom maps folder, the clock froze. They are constantly being rebooted. After a hard reset, they continue to reboot constantly and do not start. The computer does not see them when reconnecting.

You could try a Master reset by following the steps below:

Switch off the device
Press and hold Down, Light and Back
Turn on the device while keeping the buttons pressed
After the first beep, release the "Light and Back" button
After the second beep, release the "Down" button
The clock should now have reset.

Unfortunately, there is no reaction from the watch to this combination (. When you hold the light, down, back - the device does not emit a sound signal

I thought the sequence was this (it says Fenix 5 but I think it's the same for F6 & F7/T7)

Hard reset (for clearing problems with corrupted data, garmin logo loop, missing activities etc)
1. Power off the fenix 5 and wait for couple seconds
2. Press and release the Power button
3. Once the Garmin Logo appears Press and hold the Start and Back buttons.
4. When you hear the first beep (after couple seconds) let the Start (upper right) button go
5. When you hear the second beep (couple seconds after first beep) let the back (lower right) button go
6. The device will boot back up and you will be prompted to enter your profile information. You will have to reconfigure the watch, reload apps, watchfaces etc..

holding down the start button, I connected it to the PC. the PC saw the clock, I removed the cards from them, and everything started. Thanks again.
