Hi guys. Anyone use Treadmill for anaerobic training/Sprints? And do you get Anaerobic training effect on Training status when done indoor?
If you manage to do 30-60 minutes sprints on treadmill probably you should get it.
For me it was hard to manage treadmill and also treadmill need time to spped up and slow down what is not good when you try to do sprint intervals.
What i mean is if you do 10x200m or 10x400m etc wich is high Anaerobic/Sprints.
Will this count as this on Training Status when done on treadmill?
Maybe i should just try, but usually you need to do this outside (GPS)..
I don’t see why it shouldn’t if counting aerobic effect.
Of course you need to have watch calibrated with treadmill to have exact pace.
And I would recomend mechanical treadmill instead of electrical, because on such treadmill you will be able to speed up and slow much faster than on electrical and also such treadmill don’t have max speed limit.
I do and it works very well, getting anaerobic status, etc
Not springs, but when I do kettlebell workouts I get anaerobic training status.
