Wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
I’m on 9.33 and have not set up or enabled battery saver mode
Got my f7 sapphire solar 4-5 days ago. It worked great up until 2 nights ago. I noticed it didn’t auto detect sleep. It looks like it randomly stopped recording HR around 7 pm and didn’t restart recording until I restarted the device in the morning. (When I noticed sleep wasn’t detected).
It stopped recording again yesterday evening after a run. I checked the setting and the wrist heart rate setting was still set to auto. I toggled it off and back on and it began recording again.
This morning I checked to see if it recorded my sleep and saw the same issue. HR stopped recording around 10 pm and started recording again around 4 am. It also stopped recording any data for around an hour late this morning at work so I don’t believe it’s related to my “sleep time” I had entered.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
Im working with Garmin Support but they don’t seem to know what’s causing the issue.
