Hi,
I use 9.33 since beta, every beta before too.
And I don't get why Garmin always messes up sleep data all the time. When it is working well they do something to the sleep analysis according to update sheet and it gets way worse most of the time. The best Garmin sleep data I ever had, of course through my own experience, was with the first betas on Fenix 6 years ago. When they changed from old to new sleep tracking it was really accurate imo. Wake times were amazing. Then they worked on sleep analysis and it gets worse and worse with each update. I don't get it. How can you make something good worse instead of better?
But since 9.33 or maybe even before some 9.xx beta esp awake times are horrible. They are way too low. On some nights with bad sleep when I am awake and watching a movie or something for 1-3 hours, like today, I get like 25min awake and 5-7h light sleep. Today I was sitting and moving in my appartment for 1-2h, at least 2-3h awake alltogether, and it showed as light sleep with 25min awake. WTF?
I would understand if it was Garmin's bad sleep tracking in general, if they would have a bad analysis from the beginning. But it was quite accurate on my F6 at the beggining of using the new sleep analysis. But even with my F6 it went worse and worse with each firmware update containing sleep improvement, but even then way better then with F7 and latest updates. Why do they make something good bad and why don't they even correct it? Why don't they use the sleep analaysis from the beggining of the F6 betas? They worked very well imo.
So annoying. 2-3h awake including movement and it shows light sleep. Yes, sleep score was quite low with around 49 but it showed 10h of sleep instead of 7h. Esp with 9.33 or at least all the 9.xx it got so much worse, same watch.
