Any way to reset it? Seems way off for me since the update.
Now it says 5k in 30 minutes and 10k in 70minutes. I have been running both 5 & 10k faster than that since the update bit its still having issues. 5k 19min 10k 42min

Updated September 30th, 2022:
The issue is now resolved with v9.36 software.
If you continue to have the issue using v9.36, please create a new forum thread.
Garmin - Chris although my case is not as extreme I've been experiencing the same since the betas until 9.33, it looks like while training and getting fitter, the predictions go up, not even improving the estimates in real races seem to affect the prediction afterwards
This is provably not related but I also oppened a thread due to strange training effect interpretations, I dont know if that could also affect the race predictions:

Garmin - Chris I have the same problem that hilighted Sandpappa .
This is the graphic where you can see the variations
I have been running faster than these predictions also in the last days.
Garmin - Chris predicted race finish time is way off. I put in calendar an ultra almost 70km long with 1500m vertical meters, but my watch thinks I am able to finish this in less than 5 hours. And particulary with trail events in race calendar predicted times seems incorect.
I have a dip right at date / time too, not that big, but still.
So maybe it's something then.
Garmin - Chris - same issue here -- the spike is when the 9.33 upgrade took effect.
Garmin - Chris I have the same problem since the first 9xx beta
Last Saturday, 54km 6h20, predicted finish time for this weekend was expected to go up but dropped like a stone, but same didn't happen for predicted 5,10,21 & 42k times?
The same here. After 9.33 my 10k race prediction went from a fairly accurate 37:30 to a 48:00. After a 10k 39:00 run yesterday it went down to 42:00 for a few hours on the watch, but then it jumped back to 48:00.
Is it possible, that it also uses trailrunning activities for the calculations after the update but doesn't account for elevation gains? Most of my training is trailrunning, where the pace is much slower of course.
