Fenix 7 Seems Stuck in Service Mode After Charging

My fenix 7 went into service mode (small QR code at the top and pages that include a color changing square thing). I have tried to restart with the light button, but it keeps loading to this mode. I don't think any of my buttons are stuck. Any thoughts?

Chances are bottom left button is stuck. You could try and work it free but probably best to contact Garmin.

Thank you for the reply. The button doesn't appear stuck as it is fully responsive. I guess I will have to contact Garmin directly.

I contacted Garmin. In the test mode, there is a setting that forces the phone to boot into test mode. I disabled that setting (no clue how it was enabled) and the watch restarted correctly

If you scroll through the screens in test mode, one screen should show that the force boot to test is enabled. Just disable that setting. No clue why that setting would change on its own.

This morning when I woke up, I looked at the morning menu of my Fenix 7x Pro and I realised my bottom left button is not working so I can't scroll down unless I use the touch screen. Then I went to shower and washed my Fenix as I went open water swimming the day before. Then I realised suddenly almost all my buttons died.

Then I did a 30sec power button press and then the service mode popped up and I can't start the watch, it's always starting with the service mode, even the hard reset doesn't help.

I suspect that bottom left button is causing this, looks like my watch pays a visit to Garmin service centre.
