Talking about 7x sapphire, I have been looking for experiences about toughness dropping accidentally against tile/concrete floor. It's not an outdoor sport but (I think) it's a risk everyday in the moment to wear it.
Having too much technology it can suffer internal injuries? DLC and sapphire can resist?
Which is max height having no issues (I know 0 feet it's the best)? It's like a G-shock?

Internal damage I don't know about, that depends a lot about the forces the watch has to endure. But I've been using a bezel and screen protector for some years now, since with my job it is easy to ruin a watch. When I need to be more "dressy" I remove the bezel protector and put on my metal-watchband.
Bezel still looks ok, while I already wasted two bezel and one screen protectors (and the current glass is broken again, after bumping into a concrete corner with the screen head-on. Without the protector, the screen would have been dented). I only once had a sapphire edition, but I didn't like how it took away some clarity from the display (very subjective, I know).
Yeah, work and MTB were my primary reasons to buy the bezel protecte (though I've not been able to ride very much outside of commuting to work this year...). But I've started to leave it on the watch, since I'm a bit clumsy. I only take it off when the occasion asks for it (meaning: my wife wants me to dress more nicely and the watch is supposed to match this 
)
I bought it at a popular online chinese vendor for a few bucks. That's where I also get the screen protectors (and my replacement watchbands, tbh). Just make sure to filter out all of the junk that floats around those platforms.
