Physio TrueUP Evolution

Hi,
sorry 4 my english, I think that after the new firmwares and evolutions in metrics and parameters it is necessary an evolution of Physio TrueUp to include:

  • TRAINING READINESS
  • BODY BATTERY
  • HRV STATUS

I have a Fenix7x but also an Epix2 and the HRV status needs 3 weeks to generate and update and I will be appreciate if the 2 watches have the same value in the 2 watches.

Regards,
Gabriele

  • Yep, I agree. I'm especially interested in Body Battery and HRV status. Training Readiness isn't quite as interesting to me, but still I think it would be great if everything could be part of Physio TrueUp.

Body Battery would be especially useful to those who habitually use multiple watches. And I hate the idea that, even with just one watch, if I reset it I need another three weeks to build an HRV baseline again.

  • According to DCR, Garmin is working on substantial overhaul of TrueUp. Presumably everything you want and then some will be a part of that update, and it might be rolled out later this year.

  • Seems like they should make it a high priority, from a business perspective. Selling people multiple watches makes them more money.

I've always been hesitant to buy/use a secondary Garmin watch precisely because I know TrueUp doesn't totally work 100% yet. If and when it does truly sync up 100% of the metrics, I might consider adding an Epix or something to my collection.

  • Well, as soon as Body Battery syncs between my F7SS and a band like the Vivosmart 5 Garmin sold me a Vivosmart 5. I'd love to be able to wear a mechanical watch and a band on days I don't have to train and a lightweight band would be even better for sleep tracking.
