How to delete an interval ?

Assuming by intervals, you mean laps? It's possible to create an overall lap, but you'd need a 3rd party tool such as fit file repair tool. Also, if you can attach the activity (.fit file) from the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on your watch, we can try to do it for you.

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Run workout -> Menu -> Training -> Intervalls

That,'s right ! But there is no way to delete the one i've made right ? we can only edit ?

Are you on Garmin Connect Web or the app? Do you not see the 'X' in the app or the delete icon on the web?

When i'm creating a training on the app i've no problem. i can edit and delete.

But the first intervall i have created, i did it directly on my watch like AgentMaxsaid. But i wanted to delete it to just have the ones i have made on the app and to have only the ones in the training section of my watch. But maybe it's impossible.

At least on my Fenix 5+, you can create exactly one interval on the watch, and as such there's no need to delete it. You can only edit it to change it.

I know what nhello is referring and i have got the same problem. I created a workout on Garmin Connect. I believe i called it 'Intervals'. I then deleted it from Garmin Connect but i can not delete it from my watch. I can only edit it on my watch and the warm up and cool down cannot be edited. 

When you setup another workout on Garmin Connect, it does not update the 'Interval' work out in your watch. It inserts a different 'Interval' session under Workouts rather than Training. 

You can delete workouts either on the watch, in the activity menu » Training » Workouts » your workout » Delete, or in similar way through the device settings on the GC app, or you can delete workout fit files from the device storage from a computer over the USB cable. They are in the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/

Intervals is not under Workouts on the watch menu. It is under Training. Intervals does not show on Garmin Connect.
