Hey guys.
I wonder if it is possible to set the metronome to turn itself on according to the cadence target.
For example, when going for stride repeats workout provided by the coach, let's say we start with 15 minutes warmup, then 10x 20s of hard run with a target cadence (let's say 200) with 45s light jogging in between the hard runs, followed by another 15 minutes cool down.
The cadence targets in the session are only during the 20s hard run.
Is there a way to link the metronome to this target? So when the 20s starts, you can follow the metronome frequency?
I know there is a cadence alert, but it just says if you are in between two values.
What i want is to use the metronome as a guide for my run only in the 20s interval.
