Recalibrate Body Battery F7

Hi
A week ago I stopped using snus (Swedish chewing tobacco). After approx. 24 hours later, I discovered that both my heart rate and stress
were drastically lower than normal. My resting heart rate has dropped from 60 to 49-52.
To give you a picture of the big change, I have some pictures 'before and after'

I think it is absolutely crazy that there is such a big difference and that nicotine has affected my heart rate and
my nervous system so much. I've had a garmin watch for almost a year, and no matter how far I look back, my stress levels are the same.
Except now that I've quit nicotine everything is different...

So to the big question:
The picture to the far right "after I quit" is from today. I've run, strength trained and the time is now 11.52PM ( 23.52 ).
My body battery is still at 56 because my stress has been in the blue all the time even tho i have been working out. - How do I recalibrate the body battery?
Is there any way to do that without a factory reset?
