Korean TopoActive on fenix 7X

Noticed option to download Korean topo on fenix 7x on YouTube. Does not show up on mine. How do I get it?

TopoActive Korea is available free and included as downloadable on all Fenix 7 series watches. I just tried on my own watch and it came up. See my picture below.

You will do the following on any Fenix 7 series watch to add another regional TopoActive map:

- Connect your watch to Wi-Fi through the Connectivity > Wi-Fi menu

- Quick press your top right button, select Map Manager

- Select TopoActive Maps

- Select +Add Map

- Select the TopoActive Korea map

- Your watch will advise you to plug it in to charge. The map will now show queued.

- Plug in your watch to charge. Near your Wi-Fi router if an option.

Please note: there are a handful of countries where the map cannot be downloaded within the country. The rules are set by each government and is outside of our control.

Did all that. 11 other options shows up including Japan, China, Taiwan, etc, but Korea is not there.

Have you tried using Garmin Express: Korea shows up for me as an option:

If Garmin Express doesn't work, try the following Menu tree on the watch:

MENU > Map

> Map Manager

> TopoActive Maps

> Add Map

> TopoActive Korea

Thanks for the efforts. I guess what I am asking is not how to, but why is Korea not showing up as an option.

I've tried the map manager on the watch and express. All the other options are there except for Korea. Not asking how to. But if it is not showing up, is there any other ways.

You are not offered a TopoActive map if it is already installed on your watch.

On your watch, please do the following:

- Quick press your top right button

- Highlight Map

- Long hold your middle left button, select Map Settings

- Select Map

- Select Configure Maps

Please take a picture of your watch to show what maps show on your watch and attach the picture to this thread.

Thank you. If you bought your watch in the United States or Canada, your watch will come with the TopoActive North America map on it since you own the Fenix 7X sapphire version of the watch. The sapphire versions already have the map for the country the watch was bought in.

As for not being able to download the Korea map, there is no logic to not having the ability either through your Map Manager menu or through using Garmin Express on your computer.
