If I were to replace my Fenix 7 with another how would I backup and then restore all my settings plus my history of HRV etc?
I know you used to copy the files from your device onto the new one, but can you now do this via your phone using the GCM ability to change all your settings and data screens? What about data such as HRV? If using the new Alpha builds you have to build up 3 weeks of HRV for it to fully work. How do you move that to another watch?
