A spot is no longer tactile

Hello I don't know exactly when but when I buy the Fenix 7 pro, first it was ok. But some weeks ago appeared a problem.

There is a spot of the screen that is no longer tactile.

For example :

-when I launch the wheel menu, I can't select the item in that spot. It will launch the right or left item.

-If I launch the Garmin pay, when it ask for the pin code, I can use the 2 because it will write 1. ( If I hit 1 it will write 1)

-on the home screen I can't launch the FC graph ( by holding the FC number)

Is there a hidden menu to test the touch screen?

I'm on v 8.37

Do you have the widget in glances there? If not it wont work.

I don't understand the question.

The spot in the red circle is not tactile. No matter what is under.

Pin code, widget, screen slide.

(At first it was ok. Then I really saw the difference because I use a lot Garmin pay. And the spot is where the "2" appears. My pin have a "2" and it's impossible to tap "2".)

There isn't too much to do If the screen is faulty. If touch is not detected on an area of the screen in any condition, the screen is faulty and you should be able to claim your warranty.

Contact Garmin Support. If your touchscreen really is broken, you'll get a new watch.

I returned my Fenix to Garmin, they sent a new one.
