Funnily enough I finally got this long awaited update...after opening the post about 30 minutes ago.
I don't know if they read the forum, but thank you for finally continuing the deployment.

The official software updates are deliberately rolled out slowly. Please be patient to be part of the serial number range that receives the v8.37 update. Thank you.
I’m also still waiting on 8.37 for tactix pro. Crossing my fingers that it’ll be today
