fenix 7x solar - Turn by Turn not showing

Hi, I have a 7x solar.  In navigation, I have turned on turn alerts.  I never see turn alerts when on a downloaded course.  I am doing the course by bike and have turned on the course both by going to navigation in the bike option and directly to navigation first.  I get on-course alerts and off-course alerts.  How I download the course to the watch is I go through Komoot.  I chose the course in Komoot, download it, and then choose that course under the courses heading in navigation.  I hope that makes sense.  So to recap, turn prompts is on, but I get no turn prompts while riding a downloaded course.  Thanks!

    Hi - although I use NAV for trail running activity, I always get the turn alerts before xy meters before the turn and also when I have to turn. The file I upload to the watch (either created in Garmin Connect or Alltrails, etc.) is always in gpx format. Maybe you're using a file with different file extension.

    On my F7 I uploaded gpx in GC web. Cycling activity with navigation from A to B I got all alerts, navigation arrows before crossing.. But then I went back, start navigating in opposite direction from B to A and I didn't get any turning alerts with arrow, only off course alerts. Must be the some kind of bug. FW 8.35

    Hi has this ever been solved I just had the same issue. Uploaded the file from Connect with Aid Stations added. In the Navigation screen it gives me distance too Aid Station and will give a prompt if off course but no turn alerts or prompts.

    I used a Fenix 7x Sapphire.

    I have exactly the same problem: on the route, in navigation and in sport mode, turn-by-turn notification is enabled, but sometimes the Fenix 7X Sapphire does not give a warning or gives a late warning.

    Same. It's garbage. I'm more and more convinced Garmin SW developers never use their own sw. Off track and turn alerts don't work on bike tour either.  Yet the heading bug knows you're off track so I don't want to hear "course problem". I'm close to quitting Garmin over this. It's a key feature and it doesn't work.

    I just wanted to add a note here because this has been a major issue for me (not having turn alerts on a route I created).  I recently bought the new Epix Pro (2nd gen) and it has turn alerts!  I was ecstatic, to say the least when I realized this.  However, I realize it's not a purchase that most would take lightly with the price tag of the new watch.  I also don't understand why the software on the Fenix can't be updated to include this feature.

    Turn notifications are on but in my case I didn't get any notifications during a race on my 7x sapphire solar, but I think the course was to long to show all turns, but in the case of my 5x I then got warned that the last x turns wouldn't be shown.  But in this case I didn't get any notification.
