The compass on my fenix 7 works pretty accurately when calibrated, but rapidly that calibration goes to pot and it is as much as 180 degrees off within a day. OK, sad but I figure I can deal with that by recalibrating it. But to no avail. Compass calibration fails if the watch has not been freshly power cycled. Usually it just does not even recognize I'm moving the watch in the requested figure 8 pattern. But after a couple tries, it just locks up and won't even let me start calibration. I can get it back to the watch face so the rest of the watch functionality is running, but compass calibration is locked up. I power cycle the watch and the calibration works, but not for long.
Anyone else seeing problems like this?
