I noticed for people who have the same problem as me: the roads that are not displayed in the maps.
For the roads to be displayed correctly, you must keep the "skiview" layer activated.

As mentioned by Pet X in the other topic as well, this indeed works! After turning on my custom map and SkiView, I do have to return to the watchface and restart the activity to make it work.
