Add Lao Unicode font to support notification fēnix 7X

Hi everyone

I just got new fēnix 7X everything is good for me but still small issue i would like to add Lao UNICODE font display on mortification.

please guide me to the way I have some experience on localization Lao font on other system before so if some guide will be every helpful.
