standard watch face heart rate refresh rate.

On my fenix 7x sapphire solar the standard watch face the heart rate refreshes every minute, has anyone else experience the same refresh rate? It used to be continuous.

I think it's instantaneous with the backlight on and slower without it

No difference ether way. It starts moving when i scroll up and down and stop again for 1 minute intervals.

I dont think its possible to get that from the standard watch faces. But you can download Lots faces that does the trick in IQ. I use Glance Watch face - you can edit everything

I just bought a fenix 7 SS and my problem is the same. On my last Garmin Instinct the HR refreshed every second or so but here onlu once aminute.. Did you resolved the problem?

Have you updated to 8.37?

I' trying but there isn't any updates for me in the garmin express. Currently on 8.21 software version..
