[TACTIX 7 Pro] Backlight / poor contrast

Hi,

I just got my new Tactix 7 Pro and I was wondering if I was the only one to experience poor backlight.

For the price of this watch I was expecting better screen quality (not such as OLED for sure)

In the pictures below you can see the backlight which is a little bit blueish and you can also notice the poor contrast.

Do you have the same "quality" ?

I’m guessing it’s your first Garmin watch. Their display is memory in pixel, not Amoled. It’s a much better contrast in direct sunlight outside than inside, besides low power consumption that the benefit of it. You can adjust the brightness but if you want a better more crisp screen go for the Epix 2.

Thanks for your answer, actually I had the forerunner 310xt.

I was really expecting a Better screen quality.

I know that some garmin had backlight issues, but not that much..
