My watch battery seems to be draining a little fast and I wanted to know if there was an app/widget/etc that would tell me battery usage just like my android does. Right now i am not sure what it is so i dont know where to begin making changes.

When it's fully charged what does it say the estimated battery life will be (found at the top of the settings screen)

Turn off pulse ox.
I have the same with my new Tactix 7. Normal smartwatch mode, fitness tracking on, pulse ox off, about 1,5h solar, no gps and with stock watchface it burns ~5...6%/d. That would give me 16...20 days of battery life instead of 28.
Yep, I get around 6% per day usage on my 7X SS, with 1.5 to 2 hrs of fitness stuff, results in about 2 weeks of battery.
I think the stated 28 days is as a smartwatch only.
see this video explains a lot about battery usage

This is the one i use, Im not sure if there are better ones.
Problem is those battery apps don’t show which app is using battery only how much is used. So it is useful to see if you adjustments work but it is still guessing. For me a major improvement was switching of WiFi I connect to my phone via Bluetooth.
Thx for the video, but nothing new for me. I had the tactix delta solar with expected battery life of 21 days with the same settings that i use now on the tactix 7. The approximation was pretty spot on, even with 1h gps use per day. So for now the battery life doesn't seem to be an improvement for me, even if it shows 28d when fully charged.
It would be handy to see the power consumption for each process, but as far as i know, there is now such app.
That seems a little bit high compared to what I'm getting. I average about 3% per day which includes 4-5 days of strength training for about an hour each session per week, and 3-4 hours of GPS activities per week. I also have sleep mode setup where it disables phone connection at night which saves quite a bit of battery. Pulse ox off and only on demand.
