Today I've started a walking activity with 45 hours of recovery, after a long run yesterday (25km), but after saving this activity my recovery time was down to 15 hours.
I've done only 60 minutes of easy walking on flat ground.
Ok, walking is good for recovery (and this is why I was walking...) but 30 hours of "bonus" seems way to much for me: my legs are still pretty tired from yesterday.
Does anyone else found similar behaviours? Do you think this is correct or to much "effective"?
