My altimeter is being calibrated every night but it´s being calibrated to the altitude in ground and not where I live, Floor 14th. If I manually calibrate it on ground and then go to my apartment, altitude is 55 meters and ground is 11 meters but during night it´s calibrating it to 11 meters. Is there anything I could do so overnight calibration works correct?

I'm not too sure about the watch calibrating to the phone location and not the watch either. It's a little more complicated than that and will also depend on whether or not you have the watch connected to the phone overnight as well.

Is there any way to recognize if a calibration has taken place?
Overnight calibrations take place at generally at 2am. Open the Altimeter page in the ABC glance. You can drag right to scroll along the timeline. You can see there was a calibration at 2am in this screenshot to my correct elevation at 43m. Prior to that the elevation had been lower.
There's been a mass of information and misinformation about altimeter calibration particularly in the F6 forum since changes were made to the algorithm. However, a one off manual calibration at your home before you go to bed appears to put a placeholder in a database on the watch that is then used as a comparator for future automatic calibrations. That might well be a piece of misinformation but if it is, it works; well it does for me anyway.
