This doesn’t seem to be working for me, Physio True up is enabled on both devices. My training load is close but the do not match on both devices either.
Syncing activities should be possible according to Garmin’ website as I found this below:

Could be. Just remember, if you want to collect intensy minutes, you have to use your Fenix 7 on as usual WITHOUTH starting a activity. The genious people at Garmin don`t think that intensy minutes is…
Regarding to Garmin support you will have to sync your Edge before you do a workout, after the workout you have to sync it twice before you sync your Fenix. I use the combo Edge 1030 plus/ fenix 6 Saphire…

Regarding to Garmin support you will have to sync your Edge before you do a workout, after the workout you have to sync it twice before you sync your Fenix. I use the combo Edge 1030 plus/ fenix 6 Saphire . It`s like all other things with Garmin, sometimes it work, sometimes not. It`s most of the time the recovery time that`s not syncing, the other numbers are mostly ok.
Strangely as of this morning my ride into work appeared on my watch and my training status/load all seem to be a bit more in sync. I only started using the Edge 530 yesterday so maybe it too a day to sort itself out (hopefully).
Could be. Just remember, if you want to collect intensy minutes, you have to use your Fenix 7 on as usual WITHOUTH starting a activity. The genious people at Garmin don`t think that intensy minutes is not important for cyclists, so the whole range of edge serie don`t support that.
I think that Garmin should make data more shareable between devices such as Fenix 7X SS and the whole EDGE series, in other words, they could allow EDGE devices to record all useful data but to share only those useful to the superior device that you owns.
For example, I train with EDGE 530 which will record all the data but will only display some according to the profile chosen by Garmin.
When I go to my Fenix 7XSS I will see all the data even those not visible from the EDGE 530 and the Fenix 7X SS will be able to calculate all the data and give me information on health status, minutes of intensity, training load, etc.
