Heart rate zone bug - with pictures

Hi.

Have any of you experienced this bug ?

Absolutely nothing in zone 2 and 3.. i used a chest strap. It works great when running but not when im Playing paddle tennis or Weight lifting.

Checked my zones for sports and there is No issue there.

How do i report this ?

Calculating zones from %HRR is not simply the percentage of the delta between max HR and resting HR. The formula for calcuting Zones is

HRtarget = (HRmax - HRrest) x intensity% + HRrest

Are your heart rate zones set correctly? Zone 2 starts at 160 bpm - you didn't have a heart rate that high during the entire activity.

What is your resting heart rate and maximum heart rate?

Max heart rate 195 - its set perfectly. For some reason i can only set run, cycle and swim heart rate zones

The heart rate zoning in your first image does not match what is shown in the image below:
Zone 2: 195 * 0.74 = 144bpm (160bpm in the picture above)
Is your watch configured and synced correctly?

Yes It is. Theres not a feature for changing the paddel tennis and weight lifting heart rate zones All the other activities i do it works as it should. Just went for a long run and the zones matched

Conventional wisdom says that, for your 195 Max HR, these are your generic HR Zones

Zone1 97.5 - 117

Zone2 117 - 137

Zone3 137 - 156

Zone 4 156 - 175

Zone 5 175 - 195

which would put your activity firmly in Zones 1,2 & 3

You're using %HRR for setting the zones, which is the delta between your max HR and resting HR.

If your max HR is set correctly (as you indicate) then likely your resting HR is set to a bad value.

Either fix your resting HR value or change to using %max HR for calculating zones.
