Fenix 7x System Software 7.35 issue

My watch froze after the update to 7.35. I tried to hold the light button to do a force power off and on a few times and it booted finally. But today I have done another normal power off and on but the watch froze on the Fenix 7 screen even I have tried a few times to force power off and on it won't boot up. I noticed the double click to turn on the light short cut didn't work after the update. Please help.

Has anyone tried to boot their watch to see if it's ok after 7.35?

I had the same thing. this helped. then i installed 7.24 and again 7.35. now everything is fine.

2. Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons

Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons
Power the watch on while holding these buttons
After the first beep release the Start button
After the second beep release the remaining buttons

I think I have got two issues:

1. Updated from 7.24. to 7.35 and then the watch froze.

2. Double-clicked the light button today with 7.35 caused the watch to freeze. However, because I have got the first issue, my watch still froze after I used the master reset, it freezes every time I went to any manual for a while. So I have to master reset it again and even downgraded to 7.24 but it was still frozen when I tried to turn on the flashlight. The flashlight didn't turn on even I switched it on in the manual for a while, but somehow, it suddenly worked again. I now upgraded to 7.35 again without these issues. It is so weird, I almost returned this junk to the store.

Gamin has got nice hardware but their software really with all of the bugs.

agree about the garmin hardware and software.

I have different problem. I'm not offered 7.35 fw no matter what. Connecting to Garmin Express does not help either

Same for me. But if you look at the new software announcement thread there they say "Today we started the rollout of software version 7.35, currently we are at 20% with this rollout and we will increase the $% as time goes by. " So everybody is not getting the new SW at the same time to optimize the server load or whatever.
As my watch works with 7.24, I am not in a hurry. Sometimes these releases are buggy, and even get pulled back, so I can wait till it gets properly tested by others ;-)

Updated today my Fenix 7X to 7.35 when the system asked me to do so. Updated in just a few minutes and with any trouble doing so. Everything is working perfectly. No problem at all with the update.

Try to double click the light button a few times, or restart the watch a few times after letting it get solar charged for 5mins. I leave it solar changed 5mins yesterday and restarted and it got stuck in the boot screen again. I tried to restart it a few times but was still stuck, and then I put it in the fridge for 2mins and it restarted fine somehow.
