I’ve followed everything garmin has recommended the fix the stroke count problem but my 7x has never detected a single stroke. HR works fine but it tell me I’ve burned 0 calories. My 945 worked flawlessly. 1000 bucks for a junk watch.

If beyond the return period, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region to warranty exchange your watch.
Why are you telling me to return it when someone else put me on an email list to let me know when you have a solution when I called in today. Returning it shouldn’t be a solution, not releasing a defective product for a thousand bucks should have been a priority
