F7x, running dynamics not show up

Hello, 

I added running dynamics fields (both of them) to run profile activity.

Immediatly after i start activity, Watch shows that external hr was connected, but i dont see running dynamics field... I have to wait a lot of minutes to show up And start measure.

If i start running before i can see those fields, i dont have running dynamics metrics in activity. So i have to wait till it show.

HRM TRI, new battery.

This happens in Every single run. Sometimes it show in firt minute, Sometimes it need a few minutes.

Very disapointing. This never happend in Last two years with F6x.

Help pls. Or Garmin can u fix it? Looks like Bug.

    I have the same problem, I bought a HRM-Pro Plus and I have Garmin Fenix 7 Solar. Running dynamics are not show, or sometimes they are shown randomnly for few seconds, then dissapears.

    I did a lot of testing and the running dynamics appears seldom, more often than not, they are not shown. The HRM-Pro is new, battery full, and it is correctly placed at the chest. Connection is Ant+.

    It looks like a software bug in Fenix 7. Garmin, please fix this. The HRM is pretty much useless without those parameters, and the heart rate monitor was not cheap to purchase.

    Few questions. 
    Why are you still on such old SW on your Fenix?

    Which connection type you have between watch and strap, ANT+ or Bluetooth?

    Are you moisturizing your strap electrodes before you wear it?

    Problem solved. I performed a factory reset for the watch, then I upgraded the firmware to version 11.28 using Garmin Express.

    At first, I tried to connect to HRM with Fenix 7 Solar as it was, I don't remember which softare version, but running dynamics didn't work.

    Then I performed a factory reset to my watch, to the software version 6.55 as in my reply. Running Dynamics did not work correctly in that version 6.55, which I thought it was the latest. But after some research, I saw that it was not even close to latest version, so I installed version 11.28 with Garmin Express. Now Running Dynamics seems to be very stable.
