I have noticed that the backlight does not switch off when I am in the running activity, I have checked settings and have it set to Backlight > During Activity > Wrist Gesture > After Sunset (timeout 4s)
I am able to "force" the light off by pressing the light button but it comes back on almost immediately so I presume this is because of the angle at which my arm/wrist is at when in the running motion thinking I am looking at my watch. I didn't have this issue with the 645M and I doubt my running style has changed..
It is not only distracting when running when dark but I expect it is also adding to battery drain which with Music and Multi-band is already being maxed during my runs.
Anyone else noticed this?
