Topo Map "update available"?

It sounds like a small bug in the map manager. Have you tried to delete the map from the watch and install it again using Express? Is the watch and Express up to date? 

Hi, watch and express up to date.  I did not delete the map from watch but I did reinstall from express (which apparently worked because beforehand the watch said the map was "queued," now that is gone but says "update available" and hence my question).  I suspect a bug as well.  Thanks.   

Hi, It's most likely a silly bug. Not sure what else to suggest, as I don't have this issue. I believe you have restarted your watch as well, so try to give as much info you can to Garmin to include it in their fix list. Hope you can get rid of the "update" message

Thanks, just for kicks I hit the add map button on the watch (map manager) and after it found maps to add over wifi (i didn't actually ad anything) the update notification went away.  Seems that the connection itself did the trick!
