Not recording running dynamics.

My HRM-RUN4 and HRM Pro heart rate monitors are not recording running dynamics.

I removed the sensors, restored the factory settings. The problem persists.

Anyone have a similar problem? I don't know whether to advertise my Fenix 7X Solar.

Pair it using Ant+. You probably paired it using Bluetooth on accident. Running dynamics only work on ant+

I'm pairing as ANT + (HRM RUN 4 doesn't even support BT)

Have you added the data screens as mine didn't record any data until I added them for each activity.

Also to get running power metrics, you have to download runpower from CIQ

Yes. screen added and runpower from CIQ also. Power all the time=0.

No data screens are needed for running dynamics data, only for power. It is enough to connect HRM via ANT +, which @niuniek24w did.

I have RD Pod and I have all the data on my F7X SS.

I will report the problem to the support. Watch behavior is abnormal.

I have the same problem too. I have a fenix 7 firmware 7.24, hrm for 7.40 and it doesn't measure dynamic run.
