Go to sleep notification

Last night I was woken up by notification on the watch saying I need to get ready to go to sleep, oh the irony. Can someone tell me how to turn this off? I don’t mean do not disturb, I already have this turned on on my phone.

Each time I've gotten a new watch or done a factory reset (I think 5 times in total over the last 2 weeks, lol), that night I'll get a popup on the watch saying something about how the watch is about to…

I think you'll find it's a one off. Pretty pointless IMHO but since it appears to be once only I can't get excited about it.

Go the same today, totally annoying and useless in my case. Want to get rid of that.

Each time I've gotten a new watch or done a factory reset (I think 5 times in total over the last 2 weeks, lol), that night I'll get a popup on the watch saying something about how the watch is about to enter sleep mode. But after I dismiss it, it doesn't happen again (until the next time I have to do a factory reset or get a new watch...)

Also, i think it says, we will now put the watch on sleep mode, not "you shall go to sleep"

It was something like "Hey your sleep window is coming closer, here you can check your settings."

Yea ok, maybe there´s a few different ones, or i was wrong :)
i had already set mine to sleep mode, ie, sleep screen and touch off and what not, and the watch reminded me of that.
