All of the 7x's seem to have a DLC bezel apart from the silver one with the leather band
Is it going to be much less scratch resistant ?
I guess you will notice scratches less on silver than black/grey
Perhaps that is why they didn't put it on ?

I'm buying the titanium one aswell and also would like to know the answer.
The benefit of the silver titanium one is that it can be polished if scratched.
Good to know. Definitely going to buy the titanium with the leather band, just wasnt sure about the durability.
Hello - I have owned both types of watches, in fact I have owned the gray and black DLC versions in addition to the bare titanium. I wear my watch every day and only take it off to charge it. I am an avid cyclist riding about 100 miles or so a week. I also keep the watch on while doing work around the house. In each DCL version, I managed to wear the coating off the top part of the bezel edge. I also had a few chips along the bezel edge where I banged that watch on something. The bare titanium will scratch, but I am usually able to easily remove them with a scratch pad. Having owned both versions, I only buy the bare titanium (or stainless steel if they have it). Over the long haul, I think that the watch looks better. Hope this helps.
That helped alot, thanks.
