I have upgraded from Fenix 6X Sapphire to Fenix 7X Sapphire Solar. On my 6X i had a body temperatur widget in my list. I can not find this on my Fenix 7X. Does anyone know?

that wasn't your bodytemperatur.. it's Mainboard temperatur
I have found it again and now have body temperature on my Fenix 7x. Its a widget based on a mathematical logarithm. Works well for me. I actually spent some days at the hospital recently. Every 3 hours…
Search for «Body Temperature» in ConnectIQ app.

The widget is still there, scroll to the bottom of your widgets and click the Edit button, and add "Temperature" from in there.
As mentioned above, it's not "body temperature", it's "watch temperature"... the temperature of the watch. Which is usually somewhere in between your body temperature and the ambient air temperature. Not terribly useful for anything unless you leave the watch off your body for a little while, or if you're swimming in water.
Also if you have a Tempe sensor paired to the watch, then it will display the Tempe temperature instead of the watch temperature.
Btw: there is a Garmin CIQ data field:
I have found it again and now have body temperature on my Fenix 7x. Its a widget based on a mathematical logarithm. Works well for me. I actually spent some days at the hospital recently. Every 3 hours a nurse came to measure blood pressure and body temperature. Body temp on my watch showed exactly the same as the nurses meter used in my ear. Every time.
Sounds nice, can you share the link? Would also like to test it against a thermometer. :)

It doesn't measure body temperature, it measures outside air by the barometer. However, this can be affected by body heat. Garmin recommends taking the watch off for 10 minutes to capture the actual air temp.
Garmin does have an estimated body temp data field though: apps.garmin.com/.../b3ceaece-706e-462f-bb5a-6d1a9b81f584
Well if you took the time to read above and the description of the widget you would see that it uses a mathematical logarithm to come as near the body temperature as possible. It works great for me. The Garmin data field have been suggested before here. As far I know this is only shown during activities, such as running etc. But since you bring it up maybe you know a way to use this in a watch face, or a easy accessible place in the menu?
Interesting algorithm. With a contactless fever thermometer I have 0,2 degress C more on my forehead than that widget/app shows, but measuring my skin directly next to my watch matches exactly.
Although reviewers state its not going beyond 37 degrees. Have you seen it go higher during your hospital time?
