HIIT Workouts Stamina and other metrics

I was wondering if I can get the real time stamina on HIIT workouts.  It seems for the most part the HIIT tracking doesn't do much at all other than heart rate...

I have been using the free timer function due to being in the gym and doing it with a group.  I'm not sure if this is the correct way or not.

Should I just create my own and if so, any suggestions from others that have?
