There's no such thing as a Mil-spec certification. Military standards are simply a list of requirements a device would need to meet in order to claim that it meets that standard.
What that essentially…
If you have some time, here is a link to download the 810G standard.

What that essentially means in terms of military use, is that the Fenix 7 would be allowed for use in conditions where the military requires a device that meets 810G standards.
See this wikipedia article for more:

Garmin has tested the watches (themselves) and found them to meet or exceed 810G standards. That's all they can do - certificates do not exist and there's nowhere for them to apply for any such certificate.
.... and that said, these watches are incredibly durable. It's extremely rare for one to get damaged to the point of failure, and a lot of us put them through a lot of abuse. They should have no issue being operated in a military environment.

The above statement is correct, but Military Certification is where a product meets a certain standard AND is approved by the military for use while on active service. Many items meet military standards but are not authorized (certified) for military use. I'm not sure if this is what the OP was asking.
Thanks, it's very clear. It's becuse on Fenix 6 there was mention that they were meeting 810G requirements. I was wrong saying certification, I was more speaking about requirement and if th Fenix7 was tough enough to meet 810G standard like for example firing while wearing the watch...
My main issue was to know if it can be used while being in military field.
Should be fine. I haven't shot guns with my 7X yet, but I went shooting with my 6X all the time (rifles, pistols, and shotguns) and it never had any issue. I can't imagine the 7 will be any different.

We need clarification. Are you military (US military) and if so, are you planning on using your watch while on duty? The Fenix 7X Sapphire Solar meets military standards, but the Mineral Blue DLC Titanium with Whitestone Band would surely not be military certified for obvious reasons.
Went to shooting range yesterday…. Just like the 6x works the 7x fine while shooting a pistol
From the Garmin homepage:
”The watch is tested to U.S. military standards for thermal, shock and water resistance.
”
The watch is tested
Tested. But not certified.
Military Spec = Made the cheapest way possible.
