Heart rate too high

After receiving my Garmin Fenix 7x I noticed the heart rate is way off what it should have been. The heart rate increases too fast is higher and goes back to normal figures very slow. I have compared it with a fenix 6 and a heart rate monitor on my iPhone. The Fenix 7 can show a heart rate of 90 slowly declining, when the other monitors are showing heart rate of 60. It is constantly to high. Even my resting heart rate has increased.

Anyone experiensing the same problem?

I noticed the same issue today. During my run, the F7 shows my heart rate was 15-20 bpm higher than what it normally is for that pace range. 2 hours later it still shows resting HR 20 bpm higher than what my F5 normally shows.

I have the 7X Sapphire Solar edition and have no heart rates way off, yesterday I wear the F7 on my left wrist and mine F6X solar on my right wrist, they were almost identical. My rest heart rate from last night was similar to the day before (with the F6)

Could you check how the pulse is measured with a rapid increase in pace, is there any delay in the measurements?

I ended up doing the same after my run, and for the most part, they were identical. So perhaps that was an accurate HR reading (which is concerning for a different reason), or perhaps the F7X wasn't tight enough on the wrist. I've had to get used to wearing the OEM band again after being spoiled with Nick Mankey straps on my F5X - I wish Garmin hadn't changed the watch post design, as it's near impossible to take them out.

There was only maybe 15 seconds of variation between my fastest and slowest splits on the first run, but I may look at the delay in HR readings during some interval training this week.

I have changed today from 6x to 7x and RHR is unchanged whole day at 57, while my annual average is 46-47. Garmin Connect app both on phone and web is showing correct 47 value - that affects my stress statistics not a huge problem, but ...

Same, during running it seems more accurate but if I am doing some lite cardio, just walking on a treadmill using the cardio or elliptical program it has my HR at 150+ when in reality it's in the 80s. I am a little perturbed because I've had the Fenix 3hr forever and I upgraded the 7x Sapphire solar only for it to be less accurate than my 3 HR.....Any resolution?

I have the same problem. during running activities the heart rate also increases by 20/30 bpm. I have to stop and let her down and then resume activities. until the day before with i, fr 945 remained in zone fc 2. I am looking for updates to the heart rate sensor
