Link to software updates and release notes

There haven't been any updates though. There was the pre-release firmware (6.something) that came on our watches, and the release firmware (7.20) that all of us should have now, and that's it. So there aren't really going to be any release notes or change log yet, until whenever the first post-release firmware update comes out.
