Health snapshot not working, Fenix 7 Solar

i have received my F7 solar. After setting up the watch in connect everything seemed fine, updated the software to 7.20, adding maps, etc. Found the settings ot enable HRV recording, activated Pulse Ox all day, still cant get health snapshot to work. It only shows avg HR, avg respiratory rate and avg stress. No SPo2 and no HRV.

Also while everything seem to sync just fine to my connect (iOS version) it does not at all show health snapshots, stating there are no sessions.

Anyone else experienced this? Debating whether to send the watch back and stick with my F6

quick update on the issue. After i have removed both the F6 and the F7 from my connect, reset the F7 to factory settings, removed everyting Fenix from my phones bluetooth settings, i could register the…

No problem here on my F7x with that. Perhaps just a power cycle (turn watch off and on again) may help?

thanks for your reply (and nice profile pic btw). I tried this a couple times already, rebooted phone as well. No dice. Trying factory reset next

quick update on the issue. After i have removed both the F6 and the F7 from my connect, reset the F7 to factory settings, removed everyting Fenix from my phones bluetooth settings, i could register the F7 again and now it is working. Seems as if the existing F6 profile on connect was causing some issues with the F7, or just unlucky with the initial setup ;-)
