Can anybody comment on their experience with the health snapshot app/widget? Is it any use to you day by day or for training? Would you think it is Garmin's attempt at reducing the appeal of getting a Whoop band to current Garmin users?

I think it's pretty cool, I've used it 2 times now (yesterday and today). I like that it's a timed 2 minute activity, rather than just a spot-check, so it takes the average over the course of 2 minutes which helps reduce errors (and it certainly is a better way to check PulseOX, versus using the spot-check function in the pulseOX widget). It's also currently the only way to get your actual HRV value using the OHR sensor, so it's useful for that.
Will I continue to use it in the long run? Eh... probably not, honestly. I'm relatively young and healthy, so there aren't likely to ever be any substantial differences day to day. I might run it every few weeks, or months, or whenever I remember that it's there.
